What is included?
Unless othewise stated, most homes do not have telephones. Cell phone reception is generally good, but you should check your service provider's coverage area.
Not all house have premium cable television. If premium cable TV is important to you, please check the house listing to ensure that it has premium cable service.
Do you have any questions about the house, need something special, or would like infomation on restaurants, attractions, activities and events?

What do you upon arrival? You will receive an arrival letter containing directions, the key lock box code and additional information about the house.
What do you do before leaving?
Please respect the limits on occupancy specified on your rental confirmation.
Your rent deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made 30 days
before the arrival date.
Rates and amenities are subject to change without notice.
The balance of the rent and the security deposit are due four weeks before arrival.
A security deposit is required in the form of a separate check. The security deposit is totally refundable provided there is no damage, missing property or excess cleaning.
Your check-in and check out time will be on your confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged depending on the housekeeping service schedule.
